Disappointment.
So, I am very disappointed in you guys.
I still only have 1 entry in the writing contest. 1! Not two. 1. If people don't submit TOMORROW TONIGHT BY 12 AM, I will give the book requested by the ONE submitter to them. Write. Write, because I want my first contest to be a success.
P.S. You CAN be an adult. It doesn't matter how old you are.

Hey Willa, sorry you are having such a hard time with this contest. I just wanted to drop a note and say that while the topic was intriguing to me, I got very caught up in my own writing these days and have been revising, editing. You know the drill. Perhaps everyone else was a little caught up in other things and just could not find the time to sit and write. When I go off on a tangent, it is hard for me to get back into the groove of what I had been doing. Perhaps your next contest could be different and maybe not be so much "work"? I am not trying to be mean or drag you down after being bummed out about this, but writing contests usually turn me off because I have too much on my plate already.
