So, I am very disappointed in you guys.
I still only have 1 entry in the writing contest. 1! Not two. 1. If people don't submit TOMORROW TONIGHT BY 12 AM, I will give the book requested by the ONE submitter to them. Write. Write, because I want my first contest to be a success.

I have good and sad news. Good news first: We are extending the Light the Way Writing Contest Deadline. Bad News: It's because we got a total of 1 SUBMISSION. I am very sad at you all. I thought you would be excited about this opportunity! But I guess you aren't. So, the contest NOW ENDS on June 27th, 2011 at 12 AM. SO WRITE YOUR SUBMISSION! PLEASE! OR THE ONE SUBMITTER WILL WIN! Our First Contest!

We're hosting our very first contest on Willa's Ramblings! It is a writing contest, so I have put a starter paragraph, and you finish the story. Only short stories, please. So, you're probably wondering what the rules are? Well...

• You must be at least 12 years old.
• You must be a follower of Willa's Ramblings.
• The entry must be YOUR WORK. No plagiarizing, it's not nice.
• Your entry must be 600 to 1,250 words. No more, no less.
• You MUST start with the starter paragraph. From there, rock and roll!
• Please fill out the ENTIRE form, unless something doesn't apply. But, I doubt that.
• Your entry must be filled out and submitted by June 19th at the latest. Earlier the better.

Paragraph:
The only source of light in the room was a light bulb dangling from the ceiling. the door squeaked as I opened it, follow the directions specified by the letter on my doorstep. I could hear breathing, so I knew someone was here. Then I saw a flash, and darkness.
Prizes: Well you get a choice between 2 ARC's.
