Evie finally has the normal life she’s always longed for. But she’s shocked to discover that being ordinary can be . . . kind of boring. Just when Evie starts to long for her days at the International Paranormal Containment Agency, she’s given a chance to work for them again. Desperate for a break from all the normalcy, she agrees.
But as one disastrous mission leads to another, Evie starts to wonder if she made the right choice. And when Evie’s faerie ex-boyfriend Reth appears with devastating revelations about her past, she discovers that there’s a battle brewing between the faerie courts that could throw the whole supernatural world into chaos. The prize in question? Evie herself.
So much for normal.

Willa's Rambles:
From the author of Paranormalcy, comes the dazzling sequel, Supernaturally, which is as hilarious, breath-taking and surprising as the first.
Evie has moved to the normal world, made a few friends, found a job and roommate, and is happy - ish. The normal life is somewhat boring, and when Raquel comes to visit and offers Evie an opportunity to come back to PCA, she accepts. But the promise of a "easy and danger-free return" doesn't turn out to be so, Evie begins to wonder if the choice she has made is the right one.
White has done a fantastic job with satisfying our curiosity, making us drool for Lend, and laugh every chapter with Evie and her predicaments. This sequel does not disappoint, and neither does the plot. With every chapter Evie encounters yet another hurtle making her stronger and even more well-suited to fight off the paranormals that roam our world. Her personality makes each response hysterical, and her past adds yet another layer to the novel. Wonderful!
